A quick look at the history of housing supply over the last 15-years. Far left is the Great Recession and an unheard of 14-month housing supply! At the right is a similar unheard of housing supply challenge at less than 1.5-months. Currently, the housing inventory in the greater North Tacoma area is about what it was in June of last year. The current housing supply also mimics the fluidity of shortage seen over the last several years, that which has lead to astounding year-over gains.
